Where can I view customer insights like a customer's favourite dish?
Customer Insights are displayed alongside customer details in CRM. Simply enter the customer’s mobile or telephone number in the search field and click Search. You’ll notice the Customer Insights section on the right. This gives you great insights including the customer’s last order, total business and favorites.
