Viewing the Menu Engineering Report in Sapaad Vantage

To view your Menu Engineering Report in Sapaad Vantage:

Step 1: On your Sapaad Vantage dashboard, go to Sales Screen > Sales Overview Page > locate the Orders and Sales widget and click on it.
Step 2: Choose the specific locations you want to analyze from the location dropdown.
Step 3: Use the Date Range Filter to specify the timeframe for your report.
Step 4: Scroll down the page to find the Menu Engineering widget. Click on Menu Category.
Step 5: On the “Filter your data” popup window, choose the desired menu category from the Menu Category dropdown.
Step 6: Here, you will view your Menu Engineering Report. View the legends to understand what each label means.

• Star: These are highly popular menu items that generate significant profits. (High Popularity and High Profit)
• Plow Horses: These popular menu items have low-profit margins due to high costs. (High Popularity and Low Profit)
• Puzzles: These high-profit menu items are not very popular with customers. (Low Popularity and High Profit)
• Dog: These menu items are both unpopular and unprofitable. (Low Popularity and Low Profit)

Step 7: Click the AI button beside the Labels Toggle to reveal AI-generated suggestions for optimizing your menu. Use these insights to make data-driven decisions to maximize your profits.
