What are Customer Insights?
Customer Insights give you valuable information including the customer’s last order, total business and favorites. They are displayed alongside customer details in CRM. Simply enter the customer’s mobile or telephone number in the search field and click Search. You’ll notice the Customer Insights section on the right.
