I own a seasonal restaurant business. Can I cancel my subscription but still keep my data?
If you cancel your subscription, your data will be deleted from our database.
However, you can FREEZE your account for 3 months, 6 months or 1 year.
> To freeze your account for 3 months you will have to pay 10% of your total subscription.
> To freeze your account for 6 months you will have to pay 12% of your total subscription.
> To freeze your account for 1 year you will have to pay 15% of your total subscription.
Freezing an account for more than a year is not possible.
While your account is frozen you will not be able to access it. When you are ready to reactivate your account, simply enter your login credentials, click the activate button on the screen and proceed to payment.
