I have entered the mobile number of my Dine-In customer, but he is not able to earn Loyalty. What do I do?
For Dine-In customers, simply click the golden Loyalty button and key in their mobile numbers. Make sure to click the Update button on the top right before proceeding to billing. The customer will then be instantly linked to the bill and will earn Loyalty.
