I have a free CRM plan for 2500 customers, and I do not do home deliveries. Do I need to upgrade my CRM plan for Loyalty?
You don’t need to upgrade your CRM plan when activating Loyalty at your location. However, if the number of customers enrolled in your Loyalty program exceeds that in your CRM plan, then you need to upgrade your CRM plan.
