How to set up the timer to confirm orders?
This is the deadline your staff will have to confirm a new order before the order is automatically rejected.
Step 1: Visit Setup > Sapaad Add-Ons > Sapaad.Online Settings.
Step 2: Under the Primary Settings tab, scroll to the “How much time do you take (usually) to deliver orders?” and set up the time in minutes. For unlimited time, set it to zero.
Step 3: Click Save.
