How to set up my default ETA of orders in Sapaad.Online?

This is the default time communicated to your customers on the estimated time of arrival of their order (e.g., 45 minutes). Note that you can override this for each order based on the conditions at your restaurant, like backlog or traffic.

Step 1: Visit Setup > Sapaad Add-Ons > Sapaad.Online Settings.
Step 2: Under the Primary Settings tab, scroll to “How much time do you take (usually) to deliver orders?” and set up the time in minutes.
Step 3: Click Save.
