How to set a Reorder Level for an ingredient?
Reorder Level is the quantity below which an ingredient is low on stock and you would need to raise a purchase order to your supplier.
To set a reorder level for an ingredient:
Step 1: Visit Setup > Inventory Setup > Ingredients & Sub Recipes.
Step 2: Search for the ingredient you want to update using the search field.
Step 3: Click the Edit button.
Step 4: Scroll to the Inventory section and enter the reorder levels at each of your locations.
Step 5: Click Update.
