How to place a takeaway order in CRM?
Sapaad CRM offers a simplified, elegant way of handling takeaway orders to boost your order pickup flow.
To place a takeaway order for new customers:
Step 1: Visit CRM.
Step 2: Enter the customer’s mobile or telephone number in the search field and click Search.
Step 3: Click on the +New Customer button.
Step 4: Enter the customer’s name.
Step 5: Click on Store Pickup and select the store.
Step 6: Add menu items to the order and select Place Order.
Step 7: Finally, click Confirm.
To place a takeaway order for existing customers in your CRM:
Step 1: Visit CRM.
Step 2: Enter the customer’s mobile or telephone number in the search field, click Search.
Step 3: Click on the Store Pickup button below the address field and select the store.
Step 4: Add menu items to the order and click Place Order.
Step 5: Finally, click Confirm.
You’ll find takeaway orders under Delivery Manager > Home Deliveries > Pickups.
