How to make changes requested by customers to menu items and ensure that inventory correctly tracks it?
To make changes to menu items, create predefined modifiers (e.g.: No Tomatoes/Add Sauce) for all possible changes. Then, create recipes for the predefined modifiers and enter negative values in their quantities. This will ensure that the inventory adjusts stock accordingly.
