How to make a menu item inactive in Sapaad?
To make an item inactive:
Step 1: Visit Setup > Menu Setup.
Step 2: Search for the appropriate item using the search field.
Step 3: Click the Edit button.
Step 4: Toggle the switch against Item Status to Inactive and click Update.
Step 5: Finally, click the Refresh POS Menu Items button.
