How to find the the total consumption of a particular ingredient for a period of time?
Stay on top of your stock movement and identify the total consumption of a particular ingredient. To view this in Sapaad:
Step 1: Visit Dashboard > Inventory.
Step 2: Expand the Theoretical Stock Report.
Step 3. Select the date range for which you want to view this report from the dropdown on the right.
Step 4: See your total consumption under Sold.
Note: You can also export and download the report by simply clicking the export button on the top right. Access and download your exported report for a period of 7 days by selecting Saved Reports.
