How to delete a customer note in CRM?
To delete a customer note:
Step 1: Go to CRM.
Step 2: Enter the customer’s mobile or telephone number in the search field and click Search.
Step 3: You’ll notice the Customer Insights section on the right. Under Notes, click Show more to view all notes for that customer. Click the delete icon against the note you want to delete.
