How to customize my online ordering channel?

You can customize your online ordering channel to reflect your brand identity.

1. Visit Setup > Sapaad Add-Ons > Sapaad.Online Settings.
2. Under the Primary Settings tab, choose a color from the palette and add your logo. The recommended dimensions for your logo are W 150 px x H 50 px.
3. Click Save.

You can also promote your menu items with a beautiful banner displayed across the top of the screen. When a customer clicks it, it goes directly to the Item or Category; it’s a great way to attract attention and drive sales.

To upload an image for advertisement, simply follow the below steps:

1. Visit Setup > Sapaad Add-ons > Sapaad.Online Settings.

2. Click Advertisements and then select Add to upload your preferred image. You can then link the image to an item or category before clicking upload.

Note: The image dimension for ads on Sapaad.Online are as follows:
1920 × 280 pixels for Desktop and
650 × 500 pixels for Mobile

Note that you can only add up to 3 images.

Don’t forget to sync any changes made from Sapaad to your online ordering website. To sync:

1. Visit Setup > Sapaad Add-Ons > Sapaad.Online Settings.
2. Click the Synchronize tab and hit Save.
