How to create mandatory modifiers for menu items?

To create a mandatory modifier for menu items:

Step 1: Go to Setup > Menu Setup
Step 2: Search for the menu item that needs a mandatory modifier
Step 3: Click the edit button next to the menu item
Step 4: Scroll down to the Item Modifiers section
Step 5: Click the modifier group’s Settings icon to configure it
Step 6: Enter a number for the Minimum and Maximum Group Limits fields. By doing so, the modifier group will be mandatory for this menu item.

Note: Mandatory modifiers require a minimum value greater than “0.” The maximum group limit should be equal to or greater than the minimum group limit. 

Step 7: Click OK 

When a modifier group is mandatory, its box turns orange, whereas non-mandatory modifier groups are gray.
