How to create a new customer in CRM?
To create a new customer in CRM:
Step 1: Go to CRM.
Step 2: Enter the customer’s mobile or telephone number in the search field and click Search. If your search does not match an existing customer, you need to create a new customer.
Step 3: Click Create New Customer.
Step 4: Enter the customer information and click Save.
