How to check the total time taken to complete a walk-in order?
With Sapaad, gain complete visibility of your order workflow by identifying lapses and operational efficiencies. To monitor the total time taken to complete a walk-in order:
Step 1: Visit Dashboard > Sales
Step 2: Expand the Total Orders Report
Step 3: Click on the Order Type dropdown and select Walk-In.
Step 4: Export the file to CSV.
Step 5: To view the time the order was taken, see Order Time. To view when it was delivered, see Delivered At.
Note that delivered time will only be captured if the Sapaad KDS 2.0 feature is used.
Note: To export and download the report, simply click the export button on the top right. Access and download your exported report for a period of 7 days by selecting Saved Reports.
