How to change the price of an item when receiving it in a PO?
First, you need to allow a change of price of goods when receiving a PO. Here’s how:
Step 1: Visit Setup > Inventory Setup > Inventory Settings > Inventory Global Settings.
Step 2: Enable the Allow Goods Receipt Price Change option.
Then, when receiving a PO, update the price in the Supplier Cost / Unit field, and select the Update cost per unit checkbox.
