How to add a new address for a customer?
You can have multiple addresses for a customer in CRM. To add a new address for a customer:
Step 1: Go to CRM.
Step 2: Enter the customer’s mobile or telephone number in the search field and click Search.
Step 3: Click the Add Address button. Enter the details of the customer’s address and click Save Address.
