How is the "Order Scheduled For" time calculated?
For scheduled orders, Sapaad adds an additional 15 minutes buffer time to ETA configured in your delivery settings.
To change the ETA:
Step 1: Visit Setup > Sapaad Add-Ons > Sapaad.Online Settings.
Step 2: Select the Primary Settings tab.
Step 3: Scroll to How much time do you take (usually) to deliver orders? and enter the new ETA. Click Save.
Step 4: Finally, select the Synchronize tab and click Save.
Note: This feature is available on pos.sapaad.com.
