How do Zomato Go orders work?
Once a Zomato order enters Sapaad, simply accept the order under the Unconfirmed tab of Sapaad’s Online Ordering page. The order will then move to Delivery Manager > Home Deliveries > New Orders.
Zomato drivers are automatically assigned to Zomato Go orders. To view the driver details, simply click on the order number.
Once the order is ready, click Ready. If you are using Sapaad KDS 2.0, bumping off the order from the KDS will automatically move it to Waiting for Pick. Once it is picked up by the Zomato driver, it will automatically move to Delivery – In Progress.
The order will then automatically move to Delivered once the driver completes the delivery.
Note: If you are using Quiqup Connect, you will not see the Assign to Delivery Partner option for Zomato Go orders.
