How do I integrate My Menu with Sapaad?

To integrate My Menu to your Sapaad POS, follow these steps:

Step 1: In your Sapaad account, go to Setup > Partner Integrations > Channel Partners.

Step 2: Find My Menu and activate it by toggling the switch ON.

Step 3: Carefully review the End-User License Agreement and confirm your acceptance by ticking the box before clicking Proceed.

Step 4: Click “Set Up My Menu” on the popup window to configure My Menu Settings. 

Step 5: Input the Menu Sync URL and Order Status Update URL provided in your My Menu Integration Settings.

Step 6: If you wish to collect payments online, enable Sapaad Pay by clicking Enable. Fill in the required details, then click Save, and Sapaad representative will reach out to assist you with the final steps.

Step 7: Under Location Settings, select the specific locations where you want to activate My Menu.

Step 8: Click Save.

Step 9: Retrieve the Unique Company Identifier from your Sapaad account’s My Menu Settings and enter this identifier in your My Menu Integration Settings and click Next.

Step 10: Choose the location you want to link with My Menu.

Step 11: Decide if you want to use menu item images from your Sapaad POS.

Step 12: Complete the process by clicking Finish.

Step 13: Return to your Sapaad POS and go to Setup > Location Setup, and select the appropriate location.

Step 14: Proceed to Channel Partners > My Menu Menu.

Step 15: Indicate which menu items should be available on My Menu by checking the boxes under Availability. Save your changes for each category by clicking Save Category.

Step 16: Finally, click Sync Menu to synchronize your menu items with My Menu.
