How do I identify inactive customers?
The Inactive Customers Report gives you a quick overview of customers who haven’t ordered from you in a while. To view the report:
Step 1: Visit Dashboard > Marketing.
Step 2: Expand the Inactive Customers Report.
Step 3: Select the time period for which you want to view this report. You can access information on customers who haven’t ordered in a month or up to 6 months.
