Can I skip the order confirmation step for regular customers?
Yes, if you’d like to skip the order verification step for regular customers placing an order online, simply follow the steps below:
Step 1: Visit Setup > Sapaad Ad-Ons > Sapaad Online Settings.
Step 2: Enter the Auto Confirm Threshold Limit. For e.g. the Auto Confirm Threshold Limit you enter is 10. This means, from a customer’s 11th order onwards (including both CRM and online orders), the order confirmation step is skipped and the orders are automatically printed in the kitchen.
