My customers are unable to schedule orders from my online store.
For customers to easily schedule orders, ensure that the Accept Schedule Orders feature is enabled for your account. To enable, simply visit Setup > Global Settings > Others. Under CRM, hover over Accept Schedule Orders and select the toggle switch against it to On.
Then, log in to pos.sapaad.com and visit Setup > Sapaad Add-Ons > Sapaad.Online Settings. Then select the Synchronize tab and click Save.
Note: This feature is available on pos.sapaad.com.
