How to view item details on the Total Orders Report?
To view item details, you must export the Total Orders Report. To export:
Step 1: Visit Dashboard > Sales.
Step 2: Expand the Total Orders Report.
Step 3: Click on the Location dropdown on the top left and select the location for which you want to view this report. You may export this report for one location at a time.
Step 4: Select the date range for which you want to view this report from the dropdown on the right. Only reports up to a 3-month range can be exported.
Step 5: Click the Export button on the top right and select By Item.
Step 6: Next, visit Dashboard > Saved Reports and download your report. You can then view the report by Item.
Note: Exported reports are saved under Saved Reports for a period of 7 days.
