How to identify the total sales of an item in the dine-in menu and food aggregator menu?
With the tagging feature in Sapaad, you can create multiple dimensions for menu items and classify them into sections to identify sales. If you want to identify the total sales of the same menu item from dine-in and referrals, simply edit the items and add the same tag on both of them (e.g.: Sandwich).
Afterwards, go to Dashboard > Sales > Top Selling Items Report and filter the report by the tag.
Note: You can also export and download the report by simply clicking the export button on the top right. Access and download your exported report for a period of 7 days by selecting Saved Reports.
