How to check when the dine-in order was opened and when the bill was settled?
Checking when a dine-in order was opened and when the bill was settled helps you gauge the efficiency of operations at your restaurant. To view when a dine-order was opened and when the bill was settled:
Step 1: Visit Dashboard > Sales.
Step 2: Expand the Total Orders Report.
Step 3: Export the file to CSV.
Step 4: To view when a dine-in order was opened, see Order Time. To view when the bill was settled, see Delivered At.
Note: To export and download the report, simply click the export button on the top right. Access and download your exported report for a period of 7 days by selecting Saved Reports.
