How can I send an automated SMS to customers to confirm their delivery order?
Sending your customers an SMS once you’ve delivered their order is a great way of thanking them for ordering from you. To configure automated SMS:
Step 1: Visit Setup > Sapaad Add-Ons > SMS > Home Delivery.
Step 2: Enable Order is Delivered.
Step 3: Enter your message and select a time for the message to be delivered.
