How can I set a different Loyalty value for online customers?
A Loyalty Program that incentivizes customers is integral to boosting sales at your restaurant. In Sapaad, you can set different Loyalty values for your restaurant and online customers. To give extra Loyalty Points to your online ordering customers, create separate menus for the items on your online menu. Edit each online menu item and under Loyalty, select Custom Loyalty and enter the new points. Then, select Hide in POS Screen so that the items are visible only on your online ordering channel and not to the staff using the POS.
