Where can I view my customers who haven't ordered in a while?
To view your customers who haven’t ordered in up to six months:
Step 1: Visit Dashboard > Marketing.
Step 2: Expand the Inactive Customers Report.
Step 3: Select the time period for which you want to view this report. You can access information on customers who haven’t ordered in 1 month up to 6 months. You can also export and download the report by simply clicking the export button on the top right. Access and download your exported report for a period of 7 days by selecting Saved Reports.
Step 4: Select customers by selecting the checkbox on the left of their names, then click Send SMS. Type in a message, perhaps offering a discount.
