How can I add customers to a customer group?

In Sapaad, you can boost customer engagement by saving relevant customer details in the CRM. You can create a customer group in a few easy steps:

Step 1: Visit Setup > Global Settings > Customer Groups
Step 2: Click on Add Customer Group.
Step 3: Save the customer group details in your customer profile by visiting CRM.
Step 4: Enter the customer’s mobile number and click on the edit button.
Step 5: Select the Customer Group dropdown and choose the appropriate group.
