How to delete a customer in CRM?
To delete a customer in CRM:
Step 1: Go to CRM.
Step 2: Enter the customer’s mobile or telephone number in the search field and click Search.
Step 3: Click Delete below the customer details.
NOTE: Only your account’s Super Admin can delete a customer from CRM. Once a customer is deleted, the historical data related to that customer cannot be retrieved.
