How do I make general announcements through Sapaad Direct to my customers from a central place?
Generate non-marketing messages in Sapaad Direct through General Announcement.
Log in to your Sapaad account with your credentials.
Visit Setup > Sapaad Add-ons
Go to Sapaad Direct settings > go to Announcement tab
Type in your announcement e.g., “We’ll be closing at 9 p.m. due to a private event”.
Click Save
