How to Reschedule a Scheduled Order

To change the date and time of a scheduled order, follow these steps:

 

Step 1: On your Sapaad account, go to the Delivery Manager screen, then go to Home Deliveries > Scheduled.

Step 2: Locate and select the Order Number of the scheduled order you want to reschedule.

Step 3: Click Reschedule.

Step 4: Choose the new date and time for the order delivery.

Step 5: Click Confirm Schedule.

Step 6: A confirmation message will appear. Click OK to finalize the changes.
