If my customer's mobile phone has Do Not Disturb enabled, how do I ensure they receive the redemption code for Loyalty Points?

If the customer’s mobile phone is set to Do Not Disturb, they can redeem Loyalty Points by the code sent to their email addresses. Update a customer’s email address on the customer profile in CRM to enable this feature.
