I placed an order on the POS but the ticket didn’t appear on the Prep Screens.
Sapaad KDS 2.0 is fully integrated with Sapaad Cloud POS and displays orders the moment they’re placed. If orders are not appearing on the Prep Screen or Expedite Screen, check the strength of your internet connection.
If your internet connection is not an issue, make sure that the menu categories containing the items have been assigned to kitchen stations.
