How to view active orders on the Kitchen Prep Screen?

You can easily view active orders on Sapaad KDS 2.0 to keep track of your restaurant’s service. To view active orders:

Step 1: Click on Delivery Manager > KDS.
Step 2: Select the appropriate location. 
Step 3: Select the Kitchen Prep Screen for which you want to view orders on.

You can now view the items that are currently being prepared on the selected Prep Screen.

Note that one KDS Station in Sapaad can be associated with only one device.
