How to enable Loyalty?

First, you need to activate Sapaad’s Loyalty module in your account. Once done, follow these steps to enable Loyalty:

Step 1: Visit Setup > Sapaad Ad-Ons > Loyalty.
Step 2: Enable the Sapaad Loyalty option.
Step 3: Enter your Loyalty formula. This will determine how much Loyalty your customer earns when they spend (e.g. $10  = $1 Loyalty).
Step 4: Select the types of orders that can earn loyalty (e.g. Walk-in, Dine-in only).
Step 5: Enter the Minimum and Maximum Redeem Value i.e. the minimum Loyalty a customer must have earned to redeem Loyalty and the maximum Loyalty a customer can redeem in a single transaction.
Step 6: Click Save.
