How to customise loyalty earnings for a certain menu item?

With Sapaad, you can override loyalty rules per item by editing the item and specifying a custom loyalty formula.

Here’s how:

Step 1: Visit Setup > Menu Setup.
Step 2: Search for the item you want to update using the search field and click the Edit button against it.
Step 3: Scroll below to the Loyalty section. Select the Custom Loyalty button and enter the custom value in the field.
Step 4: Click Update.
Step 5: Finally, click Refresh POS Menu Items.
