How to configure Item-wise Print Routing?
Easily streamline your printing process by assigning menu items to specific printers, regardless of category. Follow these steps to configure item-level print routing in Sapaad POS:
Step 1: Visit Setup > Location Setup.
Step 2: Select the location where you want to configure an item ticket.
Step 3: Click on Printer & Peripheral Settings > Print Settings.
Step 4: Under Invoice Templates, click the Create New Template button. Enter your preferred template name and click Save.
Step 5: Go to the Secondary Printers tab. Click the Add Secondary Printer button, enter your preferred section printer name, and click Add.
Step 6: In the Item Printing section, enable Item Printing. Select templates for the item you want custom printers to be printed on. Click Apply.
Step 7: Navigate to the Printing Rules tab.
Step 8: Scroll down to the printing rule you want to set for the new template. Select your new ticket template for the new section printer.
Step 9: Scroll down and click Save All.
