How to cancel a Walk-In order?

To cancel a Walk-In order:

Step 1: Click the dropdown icon on the top, right next to Walk-In, and select Walk-in Orders.
Step 2: Click the Order Number of the order you want to cancel.
Step 3: Click the Modify button, and click Void.
Step 4: Select the order cancellation reason from the dropdown, enter the supervisor password, and select the appropriate wastage type.
Step 5: Click Cancel Order.

Note: Only users who have access to ‘View Walk-In Orders’ and ‘Cancel Orders’ can perform these steps.
