How to assign scheduled Sapaad.Online orders to Lalamove riders?

By following these steps, you can efficiently assign Lalamove Riders to your scheduled orders from Sapaad Online.

Step 1: Go to Setup > Partner Integrations > Online Platform Aggregators
Step 2: Navigate to Logistics Partner and locate Lalamove
Step 3: Proceed to the specific locations where you want to configure your kitchen’s preparation time
Step 4: Set the number of minutes that align with your kitchen’s preparation time for online orders

Example: If an online order is scheduled to reach the kitchen at 2:00 p.m. and it takes approximately 22 minutes for preparation, you’ll have an estimated pickup time of 2:22 p.m.

Step 5: Click Save after configuring the settings
Step 6: Open the Delivery Manager and select Home Deliveries > Scheduled to view all scheduled orders
Step 7: Find the order you wish to assign a Lalamove Rider to and locate the driver column
Step 8: Click on Assign Delivery Partner
Step 9: In the “Select Your Delivery Partner” popup window, choose Lalamove.
Step 10: Once the order is prepared for delivery, click Mark as Ready.
Step 11: Monitor the progress of the delivery under the “Delivery in Progress” tab.
Step 12: The order will automatically move to the “Delivered” tab once the driver completes the delivery.
