How to access the Kitchen Aid?
The powerful Kitchen Aid offers a LIVE high-level summary snapshot of your kitchen workflow. You can gain visibility on station efficiency, hourly orders, prep time, and much more. To view the Kitchen Aid:
Step 1: Click on Delivery Manager > KDS.
Step 2: Select the appropriate location.
Step 3: Open the Kitchen Prep Screen for which you want to view insights on.
Step 4: Click on Kitchen Aid.
If you’re using a bump interface, from the Kitchen Prep Screen, press Enter followed by the – key. Press the Enter key again to exit the shortcuts page.
Note: Kitchen Aid insights must be seen before the end of business day. The insights are only available during your operating hours.
