How to accept gift cards from customers?
First, you need to create a new payment type labeled ‘Gift Card’.
To add a new payment type:
Step 1: Visit Setup > Global Settings > Payment Types.
Step 2: Click Add Payment Type.
Step 3: Enter the details and click Save.
When a customer uses a gift card, simply select the option from your list of payment types and settle the bill.
