Station Efficiency offers you a LIVE view of your kitchen station’s performance. The percentage compares the station’s average preparation time to its predefined SLA and is calculated by:

SLA ÷ Average Preparation Time × 100

For example, if the station’s SLA is 4 minutes and the average preparation time is 8 minutes, then:

4 ÷ 8 × 100 = 50

So the station efficiency is 50%.

If the station’s SLA is 4 minutes and the average preparation time is 2 minutes, then:

4 ÷ 2 × 100 = 200

So the station efficiency is 200%.

This is a great tool to measure how well your kitchen stations are performing.
