How do Walk-In and Dine-In customers redeem loyalty?
If your Walk-In or Dine-In customer would like to redeem loyalty on their order, your cashier should follow the steps below:
Step 1: When settling the bill, select Loyalty as the payment type.
Step 2: A 4-digit code (One Time Passcode) is instantly sent to your customer’s mobile phone by SMS. Your staff can then key in the 4-digit code on the POS.
