How do Home Delivery Customers redeem loyalty?
When a Home Delivery (CRM) customer places an order and receives it, a 4-digit redemption code is printed at the bottom of the bill.
The customer is instructed to use this code for their next order.
On the customer’s next order, your staff can then key in the 4-digit code on the CRM order confirmation screen to redeem the Loyalty earned.
Your restaurant staff can also send the redemption code to home delivery customers via SMS. A Resend Code button is available on the CRM order confirmation screen; home delivery customers can instantly receive the loyalty redemption code via SMS.
