How can I make the delivery orders move to the “Waiting for Pickup” tab only when my dispatcher completes the order on the expedite screen?

By default, delivery orders appear on the Waiting for Pickup Tab once it is bumped from the KDS preparation screen. 

To change that setting to bump from the expedite screen:

Step 1: Follow these steps to make your Expedite Screen displays All Orders.

Step 2: Go to Setup > Location Setup

Step 3: Select the location where you want to change your settings.

Step 4: Go to Printer & Peripheral Settings > KDS Stations > Global Settings

Step 5: Go to the “Delivery orders appear on the Waiting for Pickup tab after bumping from” section

Step 6: Change “Preparation Screen” to “Expedite Screen” by clicking the drop-down icon and selecting the option.

Step 7: Click Save.
